Logos & Icons
Redwood Caregiver Resource Center (CRC)
I redesigned the logo for the Sonoma County CRC in 2022, providing them a modern identity to better represent the 7 counties it serves in the Redwood Empire of California. The lower version was developed for their social media presence.
bGirly (bgirlySport.com)
This one I had a lot of fun with . . . who doesn't love fashion, and the idea of branding a clothing line all about fun, frills and working out? We took an animal that the business owner loved because it was exotic, elegant and 'pink and showy' . . . the purpose being to change the idea of what "being girly" means without changing what girls like. The sports wear is feminine, but tough, colorful but cool. Goodbye grey sweats!
College for Behavioral Health Leadership - Unsummit icons
I created these images for their virtual Un-Summit conference, which demanded timeline graphics for three event tracks: Keynotes & Panel Presentations, Interactive Sessions, and Networking & Resilience.

Investigative Services International
I came up with a modern approach to typical government-style logos. How to do that with a requested eagle in the image? I came at it from a geometric angle, utilizing transparency (a mission of the business toward its clients), and triangles (focused on the three-points of business services). A happy accident became the star where triangles overlapped, so I accented that area with solid white, forming a star, echoing the desire to be a trustworthy and authoritative service to Americans.
Family Caregiver Alliance
The "Find Your Caregiving Situation" demanded a set of icons that the organization wanted to read as 'warm,' 'friendly' and 'care-focused' and which caregivers would relate to.
Montera Junior High School
Asked to recreate the mascot and turn it into a logo for the school, I came up with many iterations and style of the animal, but finally landed on this one with the PTA group in charge of fundraising. The logo wound up on clothing and other merchandise to raise money for the kids' after school and sports programs.
SBC-Yahoo!/SBC Intranet Sites
During my time working with PacBell Internet and later, Prodigy, SBC-Y! and SBC, I developed both static and dynamic banner and sidebar ads, buttons and site navigation icons for 18 internal and customer-facing sites.

Park Blvd. Presbyterian Church
This was my local church when I lived in Oakland. I provided logo and web design services to them. The main logo for the church was at left which I designed working with the pastor; I underscored the concept of Christ's strength by hinting at the symbol of "power" for turning on a computer, hidden in the sun/cross combination. The center image was designed with the youth pastor for his youth program, and the last one for the women's group forming.
City of Sebastopol Suggested logo for City for Cenntenial Celebration
I submitted several ideas to the City of Sebastopol for consideration. They decided to keep their old logo. I wanted to incorporate old and new about the town (apples & cider to grapes & wine), as well as the all-important creek system as essential ecological environments hosting herons and salmon. I might turn this into a t-shirt design . . . it's a pity to waste an attractive logo.
