I like to take photos with a B&W mindset. But I like to let photos speak for themselves and tell their own story. I love to focus on the balance of light and shadow, expressions of people and pets I care about, remote or isolated natural objects standing alone in their beauty but persistently stubborn in their existence despite lack of human eyes to appreciate (I suppose the beauty of persistent existence and survival), as well as the irony sometimes found in the juxtaposition of nature with man-made objects, the battle of dominance between them.
